We’d love to show prices online, but our furniture is highly customizable—making it challenging to list everything! 😊 With options like multiple American hardwoods (cherry, oak, maple, etc.), dozens of stains, hundreds of fabrics/leathers, and custom sizes/designs, each piece is unique. We deliver anywhere in the mainland USA (and select international locations), but our specialty is white-glove delivery within ~100 miles of Moorestown, NJ—including all of South Jersey, Philadelphia & suburbs, and every Jersey Shore point! 😊

Every furniture piece is delivered personally by our team using our trusted third-party white-glove service. We bring it inside, set it up perfectly in your room, and make sure you’re thrilled—no curbside drop-offs here.

Delivery times vary (usually 1-4 weeks after your piece is ready, depending on distance), and we’ll give you an exact quote and timeline when you order. Small accessories/gifts purchased in-store can be taken home same day or shipped affordably.

Our custom furniture is built to order, so we don’t offer returns or refunds—but we go above and beyond to ensure you’re 100% confident before we start! 😊 This includes home visits for measurements, shop drawings, renderings, and physical samples.

In the rare case something doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll work with you for an amicable resolution (like store credit or exchange).

For in-stock accessories (jewelry, art glass, leather goods, etc.), we’re flexible with returns/exchanges within a reasonable time.

Yes—we stand behind our furniture with a 1-year limited warranty! 😊

From the date of delivery, we warrant that your piece will materially conform to the agreed specifications and be free from material defects in workmanship.

This covers our handcrafted solid wood furniture. Third-party products (if any) may have their own manufacturer warranties.

Natural variations in wood grain, or normal wear like hairline scratches on gloss finishes, aren’t considered defects—as wood is a beautiful natural material!

Full details are in our sales agreement, and we’re always here to help if anything comes up.
